Heartbroken but it has nothing to do with valentine's day other than it's a wednesday. it has everything to do with palmsoutsounds and their sample wednesdays. i've never really been a big fan of sample wednesdays, and usually just keep palmsout on hand for remix sundays. the sample wednesdays are always about rappers i either dont like or just plain don't give a fuck about. but then today they drop this daft punk sample wednesday and they've totally broken my heart.
all the hottest hooks from discovery are lies. stolen. thieved from the coked out hands of disco.
okay, maybe not all the hooks. and daft punk really did take the samples and make songs that are way the hell better. but if you listen to 'cola bottle baby' and 'i love you more' you'll hear exactly what i'm talking about.
